تأثیر ابعاد پنجره بر میزان مصرف انرژی روشنایی و حرارت در ساختمان‌های اداری اقلیم گرم‌وخشک

چکیده

ساختمان‌‌های اداری یکی‌از مصرف‌کنندگان بزرگ انرژی هستند، اما با توجه به فرصت‌های صرفه‌جویی در زمینۀ گرمایش، سرمایش و روشنایی می‌توان شاهد کاهش چشمگیری در زمان اوج بار در این ساختمان‏ها بود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش دستیابی به نسبت بهینۀ سطح پنجره به دیوار در یک اتاق اداری در اقلیم گرم و خشک است، به‌نحوی که کاهش بار حرارتی و همچنین تأمین کیفیت مطلوب نور طبیعی در یک ساختمان اداری فراهم شود. جهت دستیابی به سطح بهینۀ پنجره و در ساختمان‌های اداری شهر سبزوار ابتدا تیپولوژی ساختمان‌های اداری در این شهر شناسایی و اعتبار فایل آب‌وهوایی سنجیده شد. سپس، با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک بهینه‌سازی ابعاد پنجره یک اتاق اداری  در اقلیم گرم و خشک شهر سبزوار انجام شد. ویژگی‌های عناصر طرح ازجمله پوستۀ خارجی براساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انتخاب و پارامترهای قابل اندازه‌گیری و روشنایی مصنوعی با توجه به استانداردهای موجود و با استفاده از روابط ریاضی محاسبه شدند. درنهایت ابعاد بهینۀ پنجره برای یک اتاق اداری در چهار جهت اصلی ارائه شد. پس‌از انجام شبیه‌سازی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل حالات مختلف، مشخص‌شد که کمترین مجموع مصرف انرژی با نسبت سطح پنجره به دیوار 63% برای دیوار جنوبی، 47.6% برای دیوار شمالی و 31.7% برای دیوار شرقی و غربی حاصل خواهد شد.
